  • Intentionally work through the fundamentals of personal fitness and wellness over twelve weeks, with tools to personalize for you and assist you in making all of the positive changes that get results.
  • Talk one-on-one with me up to 3x each week for 30 minutes + join an optional weekly group call for sharing and support.
  • Access constant e-mail support: questions, concerns, troubleshooting and challenges are addressed directly by me within 24 hours.
